NOVENA OF ROSARY WALKS
Like many communities across our nation, Fayette County is battling substance addiction. In 2014, twenty people within our county overdosed on heroin within the span of twenty days. This news awoke many people to the evils of addiction and aroused desire to respond in a way that reflects the true needs and dignity of those struggling with addiction. Since then, St. Gabriel has gathered at Roberts Park in the Fall for nine Sundays in a row in order to offer a Rosary for those battling addiction as well as for their families. All are invited to participate – whether you’re Catholic or not. Be sure to stay tuned for our Fall 2016 dates.
